Payment All payments made online by credit and debit cards will be processed by our secure third party payment gateway -  Worldpay. The payment gateway uses secure-server software, which encrypts all your personal information including credit and debit card numbers, name and addresses. All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Personal cheque payments, postal orders and bankers drafts are also accepted payable to Divine Interiors and Gifts. Please mail to: Divine Interiors and Gifts, 4 Kenmore Road, Sale, Cheshire M33 4LP. Please note: A period of 7 days needs to be allowed for bank clearance of personal cheques. Accuracy We take every care to ensure our products are accurately and fairly described. All measurements are to the nearest 0.5cms. Please be aware that PC screen resolutions can vary and colours can be distorted. Delivery Information Detailed information can be found on the delivery information page. The prices quoted on our website include delivery to most mainland UK areas and excludes Highlands and Islands, CI and NI. Customers in these areas are requested to contact us for a delivery quote sales@divineinteriorsandgifts.co.uk prior to placing an order. Returns If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you can return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. You must first of all notify us by email at sales@divineinteriorsandgifts.co.uk that you wish to return an item. Please note items being returned must be securely packaged in original packaging and securely taped. Returns are at the buyers own expense and charged per parcel and will be subject to a £10 administration re-stocking charge per collection. Once the item has been returned and inspected by ourselves, a refund will be given less original delivery charges. Refunds can only be made via the same method of payment as the original purchase. Damaged or Faulty Items All products are quality checked prior to dispatch however, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email to sales@divineinteriorsandgifts.co.uk We will arrange for a collection and replacement of the item as quickly as possible for you.
